Stop by for an introduction to samba or learn how to refine your moves. All levels welcome.
Wear comfortable clothing (like a t-shirt and yoga pants). Class is danced barefoot. Dance shoes and sneakers also welcome.

ODC Dance Commons - 351 Shotwell St, San Francisco, CA
In addition to weekly classes, Raffa offers workshops through ODC Dance Commons. Workshops are typically ~10 weeks of rehearsals that end with a weekend of performances in full costume. In a showcase featuring ~8 other workshop groups of various dance styles, you will show off a choreographed samba piece to family, friends, and our local community. All levels welcome. Come try samba for the first time or refine your skills!

More 2025 Workshop Details:
Workshop participants are encouraged to take the regular, ongoing Samba class on Thursdays at 6:45pm. Participants may take the regular class at the discounted price of $13 on the same day they take the workshop. This special discount may be purchased at the front desk only.
Dancers may have no more than 3 absences in order to perform.
One additional rehearsal will be scheduled once the workshop has started.

Dress Rehearsal: Thurs, Nov 20 at 7:30 PM
